Types of Coaching I Offer:

The Law of Attraction basically means your thoughts create your reality. The thing is, some of us are thinking thoughts that are not helping us attract what we want into our lives. For example, if you want a better job, but you keep focusing on how much you hate your current job, you can see how you are focusing on what you don’t want. Another example: you want to make changes to your body but you keep focusing on what you don’t like about your current body. Again, you are focusing on what you don’t want and attracting more of the same. 

The point is, we are often thinking thoughts that are counter-productive to our deepest desires. That’s where I come in. I’m trained in listening to you verbally and energetically to find patterns and clues regarding your current thoughts and beliefs…the beliefs that are basically running your life. As we work together, I first help you become aware of these beliefs and how they’re contributing to what you don’t want (or want). Next, we work on creating new thoughts and beliefs that line up more with your desires.

Here’s what I love, love, love about being an endorsed Mallison Method Practitioner and using this method in my coaching. It’s a technique that bypasses the analytical mind (you know, the part of our brain that tends to overthink everything) and gives you a direct line of communication to your Inner Guidance.

After I take you through the three steps of this process created by Gina Mallison, answers come to you that give you a sense of freedom and ease. Answers that feel like truth – your truth. Answers that empower you and can literally change your life. The blinders are taken off and the sinking, worrying feelings often disappear. I know this because I receive regular calibrations as well – keeping my vibration up so I am a clear tuning fork for you. 

Are these shifts permanent?

The more your vibrational setpoint is raised, the more you begin to experience increased emotional steadiness as you go about your days, weeks and months. This vibrational steadiness opens the pathways for you to attract your highest desires more easily. Your experience of life becomes one of spiritual awe as your happiness becomes less and less conditional: meaning, attached to a certain outcome. 

While one session can absolutely create a permanent shift, the transformation is the most palpable and lasting when you experience weekly calibrations (sessions) for at least three months. Many of my clients have been with me over a year because they know the difference alignment makes in their lives. Alignment is the key and whatever tools you enjoy are the ones you want to practice daily to help you to continue mastering your emotions. I help you discover what those practices are for you.

When you’ve spent ten, twenty, thirty, and yes, even FORTY years dieting, you’ve built up a lot of momentum living with food restrictions. That’s a lot of years of NOT listening to your body. By the time people come to me for 1:1 coaching, they’re exhausted with the whole dieting merry-go-round. They no longer want to play that game because they’ve learned time after time, year after year that restriction reinforces a dysfunctional relationship with food. In fact, it is the very act of restricting foods that caused the problem in the first place. 

Intuitive Eating coaching is about helping you re-learn how to listen to and trust your body again. As someone who has taught hundreds of women how to transition into a more intuitive way of eating, I understand the different phases that most people experience as they move from endless dieting to an Intuitive Eating lifestyle and help guide you through every step with gentle support.

You know how you often hear people say, “Everything I’ve done in my life seems to have led me to this moment?” I can totally relate! Before I became an Alignment coach, I wore a different hat called copywriter/marketing expert. I wrote copy for people’s websites, helped entrepreneurs fill up their live events and taught hundreds of clients how to create an online marketing funnel that felt energetically “right” to them.

But what I loved doing the most is basically what I still do now: Assisting spiritual entrepreneurs in releasing resistance around stuck energy and tuning into their highest excitement and turning it into a business or book (yes, I offer book coaching) that is a Hell Yes! for them. In other words, I love helping you with your side hustle or main gig, whether it’s using one of my many tools to help you shift your energy around money and sales so you can allow more in, or guiding you to experience more ease and flow around your entrepreneurial adventures in general.

About Rhonda
