Learn to listen to your body

The videos in this self-paced course take you through my five-step process of loving your body. They are designed to help you deepen your relationship with your Inner Being. The Love Your Body, Love Your Life Video Course

I’ve actually taken my five steps in Part One of my book, Delicious Alignment: How 25 Women Learned to Love and Transform Their Bodies Using Abraham-Hicks and the Law of Attraction, edited them slightly, narrated them and set them to music and video – complete with subtitles on every video.

Part Two of my book, which includes the 25 stories of women I’ve interviewed, is not included because I felt it would have made this course wayyyyyy too long.

A little about me…

I started Delicious Alignment and wrote my book because I used the Law of Attraction and the teachings of Abraham to create a relationship, a successful business, a beautiful home in a city I love, and so much more.

But one area I kept struggling with was loving my body and releasing weight.

So I interviewed over 25 women who learned to love and transform their bodies using Abraham.

Though I went on to release 30 pounds, what I learned is that it’s really about self-love. Loving ourselves and our bodies at any size and shape.

I wanted to share this message with as many women as I could.

I created a movement that is inspiring women around the world to learn how to love their bodies AND their food through my private coaching, courses and groups.

By helping women replace diet/deprivation with discovering how to trust their bodies AND their Inner Guidance, they experience the freedom they’ve been craving for years.

Should I get the video course if I already have the physical or audible book?

This video course is another way to consume the five steps from Part One of the Delicious Alignment book. It will reinforce these steps into your consciousness.

The images and videos were carefully chosen to shift your vibration to a better feeling place.

Plus, the multi-sensory way in which the information is delivered (reading, listening and viewing fun images and videos) help you retain the steps more easily…because it’s fun.

Oh, and one more very important thing…You could say the love that went into the creating of these videos oozes out of your screen!

Should I also get the book if I have this video course?

If you would like to read the 25 stories in Part Two of the book (women who have transformed their bodies using the teachings of Abraham-Hicks), then purchasing the physical or audible book is a great idea. This video course would have been wayyyyyyyy too long if we included the stories!

How are the videos delivered?

Can I expect to release pounds during this program?
